Analisis Sentimen Masyarakat terhadap Program Listrik Desa di Media Sosial Instagram Sebagai Implementasi Pelayanan Publik

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen publik terhadap Program Listrik Desa sebagai salah satu bentuk pelayanan publik melalui komentar pengguna di Instagram. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik web scraping dan diolah melalui tahapan text preprocessing sebelum dianalisis menggunakan model IndoBERT untuk klasifikasi sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen negatif merupakan kategori yang paling dominan, mencerminkan ketidakpuasan publik terhadap responsivitas, kualitas layanan, dan pelaksanaan program tersebut. Sentimen positif yang muncul mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian masyarakat merasakan manfaat dari program ini dalam meningkatkan akses terhadap energi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan komunikasi publik dan kualitas layanan guna memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Program Listrik Desa.
