Abstract
This paper examines the role and function of Indonesian labor law in the context of Generation Z. Generation Z is a significant group in today's workforce, with unique characteristics and needs. Through an analysis of the role and function of labor law, this paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of how the law protects and regulates employment relationships for Generation Z in Indonesia. Generation Z is an important group in today's workforce, and an understanding of labor law is crucial for them. Through an analysis of the role and function of labor law, this paper aims to provide a deeper understanding of the legal protections available to Generation Z in the Indonesian workforce. Abstrak
Makalah ini membahas peran dan fungsi hukum tenaga kerjaan Indonesia dalam konteks Generasi Z. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang signifikan dalam dunia kerja saat ini, dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan yang unik. Melalui analisis peran serta fungsi hukum tenaga kerjaan, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana hukum tersebut melindungi dan mengatur hubungan kerja Generasi Z di Indonesia. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang penting dalam dunia kerja saat ini, dan pemahaman akan hukum tenaga kerjaan menjadi krusial bagi mereka. Melalui analisis peran serta fungsi hukum tenaga kerjaan, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang perlindungan hukum yang tersedia bagi Generasi Z dalam dunia kerja Indonesia. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran dan fungsi hukum tenaga kerjaan Indonesia dalam konteks Generasi Z. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang penting dalam dunia kerja saat ini, dan pemahaman akan hukum tenaga kerjaan menjadi krusial bagi mereka. Melalui analisis peran serta fungsi hukum tenaga kerjaan, makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang perlindungan hukum yang tersedia bagi Generasi Z dalam dunia kerja Indonesia.
