Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of tax volunteers regarding the support and role of the Pratama Tax Office Bandung Cicadas in carrying out tax education tasks. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving eight tax volunteers. The findings indicate that the main forms of support received by volunteers include initial training and informal communication, although they are not yet complemented by continuous supervision and evaluation. Volunteers also experienced limited involvement in the initial phase of the program, although they still benefited from their integration into the office's work environment during their assignment. The study concludes that volunteers’ positive perceptions of institutional support play a significant role in enhancing their motivation and effectiveness in delivering educational services to the public.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi relawan pajak terhadap dukungan dan peran Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Bandung Cicadas dalam menjalankan tugas edukasi perpajakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan relawan pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk dukungan utama yang diterima relawan meliputi pelatihan awal dan komunikasi informal, namun belum didukung dengan supervisi dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Relawan juga merasakan keterbatasan dalam pelibatan awal program, meskipun tetap merasakan manfaat dari integrasi kerja selama penugasan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa persepsi positif relawan terhadap dukungan kelembagaan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas mereka dalam menjalankan tugas edukatif kepada masyarakat.
