Abstract

Happiness at Work is an output of the mindset of individuals in the organization to maximize self-quality. In the process of achieving happiness, self-efficacy is the determining factor. Self-efficacy will increase with the positive perception of employees towards the organization. a perception is formed from the existence of organizational support. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy on Happiness at Work with Perceived Organizational Support as moderating. This research is based on the fact that there is a positive phenomenon from organizations that support the process of achieving the meaning of work to achieve happiness in the workplace. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Sampling of 65 respondents, the data used are primary and secondary data obtained from the survey and the results of questionnaires distributed directly to PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung. The data analysis technique uses hierarchical regression analysis, validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and coefficient of determination test using SPSS version 26 program. The results of the analysis can be seen that self-efficacy has a positive effect on happiness at work as evidenced by the t-count value 11,179 > t-table 1998. Perception of Organizational Support has a positive effect on Happiness in the Workplace as evidenced by the t-count value of 14,199 > t-table 1,998. Perception of Organizational Support moderates the effect of Self-Efficacy on Happiness at Work as evidenced by the t-count value of 12.301>t-table 1.998.

Kebahagiaan di Tempat Kerja adalah sebuah output dari pola pikir Individu  dalam organisasi untuk memaksimalkan kualitas diri. Dalam proses pencapaian kebahagiaan, Efikasi diri menjadi faktor penentunya. Efikasi diri akan meningkat dengan persepsi positif karyawan terhadap organisasi. sebuah persepsi  terbentuk dari adanya   organisasi. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Kebahagiaan di Tempat Kerja dengan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi sebagai pemoderasi. Penelitian ini didasari karena ada fenomena positif dari organisasi yang mendukung proses pencapaian makna kerja  untuk mencapai kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 65 responden, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari survey dan hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis regresi hierarki, uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa efikasi  diri berpengaruh positif  terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 11.179 > t-tabel 1.998. Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebahagiaan di Tempat Kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 14.199 > t-tabel 1.998. Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi memoderasi pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Kebahagiaan di Tempat Kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 12.301>t-tabel 1.998.
