Public Management and Public Value (PMPV) is a scholarly journal in the field of public administration dedicated to advancing theoretical, empirical, and conceptual research on public management and the creation of public value. The journal examines how public organizations formulate and implement strategies, strengthen organizational capabilities, manage leadership and public workforces, improve institutional performance and accountability, and transform public services to generate meaningful value for citizens and society.

The journal particularly welcomes research on strategic public management and administrative reform; public strategy implementation and evaluation; organizational and dynamic capabilities; strategic leadership and public workforce management; public value, performance, and accountability; and collaborative management and public service transformation.

PMPV encourages interdisciplinary, comparative, and context-sensitive research that contributes to the advancement of public management scholarship while providing relevant insights for public organizations, public managers, policymakers, and other actors involved in creating public value.

Public Management and Public Value is published four times a year in February, May, August, and November.
